It is a founding member of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) and is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius.

BSL holds a full service dealership and is active on the local stock market. BSL provides stockbroking services for transaction in securities quoted on the Mauritius Stock Exchange and is a subsidiary of the BAI Group.

Bramer Securities Ltd (BSL) currently provides service  local, foreign individuals and institutional clients who invest in the local stock market. Whether it is the shares of a company listed on the Official Market or a company quoted on the Development and Enterprise Market (DEM), BSL ensures that clients are appropriately assisted in their transactions, from the initial orders until settlement of transactions.

Additionally, BSL acts as a broker for investors interested in local unit trusts, or authorized mutual funds and bids for treasury bills, notes and bonds auction by the Bank of Mauritius.
